Responsibilities:

  • To carry out the daily monitoring of all related activities on project site to ensure that safe working practice are in place and progress are follow the schedule of the project
  • Determine and develop cost estimate targets during the tender and development project process, recommending cost effective solutions
  • Provide relevant information and advice to support the development of a sound departmental business plan.
  • Provide technical advice for project operations and maintenance.
  • Develop, plan and execute the contract and project activities in assigned area.
  • Plan, prepare and execute assigned project, services and maintenance tasks to ensure safe and reliable operation of workorder and as per contract requirements and schedule.
  • Project management from pre-awards, i.e, evaluations, pricing strategies, technical/commercial clarifications, to post awards, i.e. kick-off meetings, project executions, punch list requirements, tender packages.

 

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engiineering, Science and equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Project / Excel timeline, commercial and project execution deliverables.
  • Key quality(s): Leadership, teamwork
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Desired experience/exposure: Minimum 8 years’ experience and above in multidisciplinary construction works with oil and gas petrochemicals project in the offshore/onshore
