Responsibilities:
- Execute effective business development activities including: sourcing and qualifying clients, identifying decision makers, establishing client relationships, completing company and department profiles/org charts, building relationships with internal recruiters, marketing candidates, identifying cross-selling opportunities and scheduling client visits.
- Establish the relationship with new potential clients and maintain strong relationship with the existing client.
- Perform and/ or assist, jointly manage site visit, site verification and related activities whenever required with preparation of visit report.
- To be part of Product and Sales Division to achieve targeted annual operating plan (AOP).
- Mandatory to prepare and appropriately furnish sales and opportunity tracking / activities and marketing reports for all weekly sales activity, market and competitor information and business and market trends and presented to the General Manager.
- Coordinating with Industry’s main clients, OGSE and Industry players, suppliers, distributors, and other external partners to support new growth, opportunity, sales and service expansion activities.
- Secondary initiator and executor for client to OEM Principal engagement, expansion, acquisition, retention, and related database of client, activities and opportunity management within CRM
- As OGPC’s internal intelligence and market information coordinator responsible to gather and extend all news and trending industry vital information to OGPC
- Maintain and perform any other roles and functions as assigned based on the situation and needs.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering, Business/Marketing/Petrochemical or equivalent
- Required skill(s): Ability to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Strong sales, marketing, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and CRM systems
- Key quality(s): Able to work independently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with good time management and organization. Self-motivated, adaptable, and disciplined.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Desired experience/exposure: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with proven competencies. Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is required, with mandatory exposure to both mechanical rotating and static equipment. Strong knowledge in mechanical piping, electrical and instrumentation, telecommunications, as well as project execution and management is essential.
- Must have own transportation and willing to travel Nationwide and Region whenever required
