Title:  Senior Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of engineering and project principles and practices in the oil and gas industry.
• Prepare Scope of Work and ITB packages for minor facilities packages.
• Conduct technical assessments and evaluations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and top management.
• Manage project expectations and resolve issues.
• Prepare and present project reports and presentations.
• Ensure that all projects are conducted in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
• Monitor and track project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical, civil, chemical, electrical).
• Required skill(s): Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
• Key quality(s): Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Have a strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Required language(s): Fluent in English and Malay.
• Desired experience/exposure: Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
