Title:  Test Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases based on predefined test plans and scenarios.
• Record and document test results with accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in preparing and updating test cases, test plans, and defect reports 
• Identify and log defects in the designated test management tool.
• Track and coordinate defect resolution activities with developers, ensuring timely follow-up until closure.
• Re-test resolved defects and update defect status accordingly.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Understanding of SDLC, STLC, manual testing concepts, databases, SQL, and basic programming. Hands-on in test execution, defect logging, and reporting. Familiar with automation tools (Selenium/Katalon) and performance tools (JMeter/LoadRunner) be an advantage.
• Key quality(s): Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Desired experience/exposure: Minimum 0-2 years of relevant working experience in manual testing of web/mobile apps. Exposure to SDLC and testing activities.
