Title:  Team Lead, Technical

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing operation processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure operational processes are aligned with business requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes related to SAP deliverable procedures.
• Communicate with multiple level of internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and system performance.
• Lead SAP implementation, upgrade, and maintenance projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage project risks and issues.
• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and support of the SAP system.
• Ensure system availability, performance, and security.
• Resolve complex technical issues and provide timely support to users.
• Ensure proper documentation of SAP processes, configurations, and procedures.
• Develop and deliver training programs for SAP users.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field 
• Required skill(s): Proven track record of working with SAP systems, ideally in program development using ABAP coding. Well verse on SAP Technical capabilities and able to collaborate with SME from other area (i.e. Cloud integration, other SAP modules, technical solutioning). Sound knowledge on other technical area such as BASIS, Security & Authorization, Integration (i.e CPI, API, web services), Workflow
• Key quality(s): Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure effective and high-quality service delivery.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Desired experience/exposure: Minimum 11–15 years working experience with capacity in SAP project and support environments. Experience in SAP implementation, upgrades, and support projects. Understanding of core business processes and how they are supported by SAP. Experience in working with diverse stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors.
