Job Requirements
1. 11-15 years working experience with capacity in SAP project and support environments.
2. Proven track record of working with SAP systems, ideally in program development using ABAP coding.
3. Well verse on SAP Technical capabilities and able to collaborate with SME from other area (i.e. Cloud integration, other SAP modules, technical solutioning).
4. Sound knowledge on other technical area such as BASIS, Security & Authorization, Integration (i.e CPI, API, web services), Workflow
5. Experience in SAP implementation, upgrades, and support projects.
6. Familiarity with various SAP landscapes and technologies (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, BW).
7. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing technical teams.
8. Experience in team development, and resource allocation.
9. Understanding of core business processes and how they are supported by SAP.
10. Experience in working with diverse stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors.
Job Nature:
1. Leadership and Management: Lead team for guiding and directing the SAP team towards fulfilling project requirement and achieving organizational objectives.
2. Technical Oversight: Provide SAP system and development guidance and support to the team.
3. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Resolving complex technical and issues, making informed decisions, and implementing effective solutions.
4. Collaboration and Communication: Works closely with various stakeholders, internal and external, including external business users, IT teams, vendors, including internal management, team members and representative from other subsidiaries which requiring strong communication and collaboration skills.
5. Continuous Improvement: The role emphasizes continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence.
Job Scope:
1.Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing operation processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure operational processes are aligned with business requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes related to SAP deliverable procedures.
2.Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate with multiple level of internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and system performance.
3. Project Management:
- Lead SAP implementation, upgrade, and maintenance projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage project risks and issues.
4.System Maintenance and Support:
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and support of the SAP system.
- Ensure system availability, performance, and security.
- Resolve complex technical issues and provide timely support to users.
5.Documentation and Training:
- Ensure proper documentation of SAP processes, configurations, and procedures.
- Develop and deliver training programs for SAP users.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies and best practices.
