Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts to ensure long-term success and business growth
- Establish and maintain strong relationships and rapport with clients
- Understand customer needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Develop and implement new sales activities to expand existing and new accounts
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion
- Supervise and guide sales representatives to achieve increased sales performance
- Monitor and track account targets to ensure alignment with sales objectives
- Oversee and analyze sales performance to drive continuous improvement
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on accounts, sales activities, and transactions
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and customer feedback
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or any equivalent
- Required skill(s): Strong exposure to stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Key quality(s): Excellent interpersonal skills. Result-oriented, ambitious, highly motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Desired experience/exposure: Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development. Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships across various industries.
