Title:  Senior Director, Technology Strategy & Consulting

Responsibilities:

• Set the enterprise-wide strategy for Technology Strategy & Consulting Services, positioning Consulting as a core growth pillar for IAC across all product and service lines.
• Provide executive leadership and governance over Consulting Services, ensuring alignment with IAC’s overall business strategy, financial objectives, and growth targets.
• Own the consulting portfolio strategy, including service offerings, market focus, pricing principles, and investment priorities.
• Oversee business growth and revenue contribution from consulting-led engagements, ensuring Consulting consistently enables and accelerates downstream ERP, AMS, Data, GIS, EGADS, AI, and Low-Code opportunities.
• Act as the executive sponsor for major consulting-led opportunities and strategic accounts, providing direction on deal shaping, positioning, and client engagement strategy.
• Guide and challenge consulting leadership on pipeline quality, deal economics, risk exposure, and conversion potential, rather than day-to-day sales execution.
• Direct the development and institutionalisation of IAC’s consulting intellectual property, methodologies, playbooks, and frameworks to strengthen competitiveness and differentiation.
• Provide strategic oversight across technology strategy, digital transformation, ERP advisory, and governance engagements, ensuring consistency, quality, and value realisation.
• Serve as the primary executive interface with senior government and enterprise stakeholders for high-impact transformation initiatives.
• Ensure consulting engagements are governed to be commercially viable, scalable, and delivery-ready, with appropriate risk controls and escalation mechanisms. 

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Digital/ Technology/ Engineering/ IT/ Computer Science or any equivalent
• Required skill(s): Proven leadership experience in building, leading, and scaling consulting practices within public and/or enterprise sectors. Strong track record in technology strategy, business diagnostics, ERP advisory, and transformation roadmap development. Demonstrated ability to drive consulting-led business growth, including shaping upstream advisory engagements that convert into downstream implementation and managed services
• Key quality(s): Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term organizational impact and strong commercial sense of value, risk, and return. Demonstrates confident executive presence, capable of engaging senior leaders, aligning diverse stakeholders, and building consensus across functions. Brings expertise in strategic planning, portfolio management, consulting-led growth, executive engagement, commercial judgment, cross-functional leadership, thought leadership, and decision-making in complex, ambiguous situations.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Desired experience/exposure: Minimum 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise advisory roles.
