Title:  Senior Consultant, Non-FICO

Responsibilities:

• Lead the GUMIS team and provide guidance to the GUMIS Consultant and Associate Consultant.
• Provide update to PMO on the status of GUMIS activities.
• To develop and execute solutioning, system design, proof of concepts of GUMIS modules.
• Draw on extensive knowledge and experience in GUMIS and customised SAP program to provide insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendation based on robust analysis.
• Have a good understanding of all SAP FICO modules that integrate with GUMIS modules and play active role in integration during design and development GUMIS modules.
• Responsible for interacting with business users for requirement gathering and providing timely updates on progress made.
• Prepare comprehensive test plans and guide GUMIS team to conduct - unit testing, integration testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT) covering submission, refund, petty cash, reconciliation, and reporting cycles.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and end-users to conduct effective UAT and collect feedback for refinement.
• Review and monitor GUMIS team in developing training materials, manuals, and quick-reference guides specific to the GUMIS process.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Required skill(s): Have strong requirement gathering skills, understanding of SAP standard functionality and customization capabilities and strong in Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis
• Key quality(s): Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication & interpersonal skills, learning & facilitation skills, and strong analytical skills   
• Willing to work long hours and on weekend or public holiday when required
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Desired experience/exposure: Minimum 8 - 10 years working experience in SAP consulting. Have 3 years’ experience in SAP FICO or any module and customise program. Preferable have experience in customising module within SAP
