Title: Network Engineer
Cyberjaya, MY
Responsibilities:

Support the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network infrastructure components, including switches, routers, firewalls, and connectivity services.

Assist in maintaining network connectivity across data centres, cloud environments, and branch offices.

Perform basic network troubleshooting and support incident resolution in line with defined procedures and SLAs.

Support network-related activities for infrastructure projects, upgrades, and deployments.

Assist in implementing network security controls and configurations as guided by senior team members.

Monitor network performance and escalate issues when abnormalities are detected.

Support documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Techology or equivalent.
- Basic certification in networking is preferred (eg. CCNA, Network+, or equivalent).
- Required skill(s): Basic understanding of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLAN, DNS, and DHCP. Exposure to network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls. Foundational knowledge of network security concepts, including firewall rules, access control, and network segmentation.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques is an added advantage.
- Key quality(s): Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills and the ability to follow established procedures and guidelines. Demonstrates good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Desired experience/exposure: Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in networking. Hands-on exposure to network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience or practical, hands-on exposure in networking will be considered an added advantage.
