Title:  Management Trainee

Responsibilities:

1) Data Analytics

Job Scope:

• Learn to design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Talend to extract, transform, and load data across various on-premises PostgreSQL databases, data lakes, and data warehouses.
• Work closely with business teams to learn how to gather analytical requirements and help translate them into basic data models and dashboards under supervision.
• Learn to create and maintain interactive data visualization dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools under guidance.
• Assist in automating data workflows and recurring reporting tasks using Python and SQL.

2) IT Consultancy

Job Scope:

• Participate in stakeholder and client meetings to observe and understand how user business requirements are identified, analyzed, and documented.
• Participate collaboratively in design review meetings to develop an understanding of requirement validation and solution alignment with business objectives.
• Assist to create and update Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) and Product Component Tracking Sheet (PCTS).

3) Solution & Operation, Application Development

Job Scope:

• Assist in researching problems and learning to find solutions to simple and moderately complex issues.
• Attend design review meetings to learn how proposed solutions are validated against business requirements.
• Assist in developing new features, subsystems, or product enhancements while learning to follow architecture and design guidelines under guidance.

• Learn to understand and choose suitable methods and techniques to support solution development.

4) Quality Management

Job Scope:

• Assist in identifying and logging defects accurately in the designated test management tool.
• Learn about different testing types: functional, integration, regression, UAT, etc.
• Understand test environments and coordinate with DevOps/IT teams.
• Help prepare or request test data and list test prerequisites and assumptions
• Learn how to write manual test cases based on requirements or use cases.

5) Enterprise Infrastructure 

Job Scope:

• Gains experience in setting up and managing IT systems, including servers, networks, and storage, while building technical skills.
• Assist in managing, maintaining, and monitoring IT systems to learn how to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Learn basic network troubleshooting, configuration, and administration under guidance.

• Assist in technical implementation activities for projects, testing, and disaster recovery exercises.

Requirements: 

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, and any relevant qualification. 
• Required Skills: Good knowledge in using MS Office Applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Exposure to computer programming (Java, C++, Visual Basic, Python and etc) 
• Key Quality(s) : Responsible, independent and good team player. Committed and keen for new knowledge and experience. Having a good interpersonal and communication skills. Posses great discipline and high integrity. 
• Desired experience/exposure: Preference will be given to graduate who are currently unemployed and less than 2 years from graduation and/with nor prior working experience.  
• Location: Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
