Title:  Head, Technology Consulting Services

Responsibilities:

• Own business growth for Consulting Services, including pipeline development, opportunity shaping, and revenue contribution targets
• Position Consulting as the front-end growth level cutting aross all IAC products and services (ERP, AMS, Data, GIS, EGADS, AI, Low-Code)
• Lead consulting-led opportunity origination, working closely with sales, delivery, and partners to expand account penetration and deal value
• Shape cross-solution value propositions, ensuring consulting engagements convert into downstream implementation and managed services
• Drive account growth strategies for strategic clients, identifying advisory, transformation, and expansion opportunities
• Provide executive oversight to ensure consulting engagements are commercially sound, scalable, and aligned with IAC’s growth strategy
• Oversee consulting engagement quality, ensuring alignment between strategy, delivery feasibility, and commercial models
• Provide strategic oversight during proposal and pre-submission stages, ensuring solution integrity, pricing discipline, and risk mitigation

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Digital/ Technology/ Engineering/ IT/ Computer Science or any equivalent
• Required skill(s): Deep expertise in leading Business Diagnostics, ERP Advisory, and Digital Roadmap development. Ability to translate complex organizational pain points into structured, technical-strategic solutions. Strong account management and stakeholder management skills
• Key quality(s): A proactive and positive attitude toward work, colleagues, clients, and managers. An inquisitive mindset with the ability to research, analyze, and solve problems effectively. Solution-oriented, with strong attention to detail in both outcomes and the processes required to achieve them—upholding integrity and high standards in an environment where people and success truly matter.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Desired experience/exposure: Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience. Experience in Profit and Loss (P&L) Management and have managed key clients from both Public & Private Sector.
