Title:  Head, Corporate Finance & Treasury

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Group's corporate finance strategy in line with business objectives.
• Lead financing activities, including debt, equity, sukuk, project financing, and capital market transactions.
• Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
• Prepare financial models, valuations, and investment analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement the Group's treasury strategy to ensure effective liquidity and cash management.
• Optimise the Group's capital structure and funding sources.
• Oversee cash flow planning, liquidity forecasting, and working capital management.
• Monitor foreign exchange, interest rate, and liquidity risks, and implement hedging strategies where appropriate.
• Recommend capital allocation across business units and investment opportunities.
• Evaluate return on investment (ROI) and capital efficiency

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any equivalent
• Membership of Association of Chartered / Certified Accountant or equivalent
• Required skill(s): Demonstrates strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and sound decision-making skills. Possesses proven leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire, influence, and align cross-functional teams and senior management towards shared strategic objectives. Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial insights and business information clearly and effectively to management, business units, and key stakeholders

• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Desired experience/exposure: Must have a minimum of 15 years of senior management experience in a similar capacity, preferably in financial management, investment, or strategic planning within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and the successful execution of strategic initiatives is required.
