Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communication activities, including follow- up emails, scheduling, and note-taking.
  • Support team initiatives by compiling relevant clients and relevant database to assist in planning and stakeholder engagement efforts.
  • Identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration, new partnerships, or expanded value delivery while working to align stakeholder objectives with the organisation's strategic goals.
  • Responsible for verifying the company's HRD levy balance in the e-TRiS system and sourcing, evaluating, and engaging HRD Corp Registered Training Providers and courses.
  • Manage the end-to-end grant application, including applying for training grants (e.g., SBL-Khas) before the training date and ensuring all necessary documents (quotation, course content, trainer profile) are complete and correctly uploaded
  • Act as the liaison for HRD Corp claims, handling and resolving any claim queries or discrepancies, and coordinating with the finance department to reconcile training expenditure with HRD Corp reimbursements

 

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Administration / Management / Education / Adult Learning / Training & Development / Psychology (especially Industrial / Organisational Psychology) or any equivalent
  • Required skill(s): Familiar with HRD Corp (HRDF) requirements and training claim processes, with strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies. Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Key quality(s):  Ability to work effectively, independent and be a team player. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Desired experience/exposure:  Minimum 2 to 4 years managing the end-to-end training cycle, including vendor management, budget tracking, and hands-on experience with compliance and claim submission
