Title:  Director, COE ERP Managed Services

Responsibilities:

• Directly translate technical expertise into sustainable commercial success by leading complex sales cycles, structuring high-value contracts, and negotiating strategic client partnerships. Establish and nurture a robust pipeline of future revenue streams, ensuring business development efforts lead to profitable and scalable growth.
• Expand the company’s footprint into new geographic or vertical markets, effectively positioning the department's capabilities as a competitive differentiator.
• Identify and cultivate emerging market demands by conducting strategic research and analysis. Develop and champion innovative service offerings and commercial models that leverage the department’s technical excellence.
• Manage project scope to achieve revenue targets (as per budget), ensuring successful delivery (on time, within scope, optimal resource utilization, and meeting project financials). Proactively expand opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) within existing projects.
• Achieve targeted and ensuring high client satisfaction with effective client relationship management within the unit and building relationships across the wider group.
• Make a variety of complex decisions that primarily affect the area of control and provide and implement workable solutions to business issues/problems with minimum referral to senior management.
• Apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts/principles and alternative solutions. Produce, interpret, and analyze weekly and monthly management dashboards and reports for periodical review.
   

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Technology/ Engineering/ Business or equivalent
• Required skill(s): Solid experience in ERP deployment, application implementation and Cloud engagements. Strong analytical and reporting skills using analytical software. Have knowledge on latest IT applications, software solutions and hardware
• Key quality(s): Posesses an inquisitive mind and is focused, able to find information, problem solver, and maintain a detailed eye for both inputs and outcomes. Agile and able to facilitate change initiatives.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Desired experience/exposure: Minimum 10-12 years of working experience with at least 8 years in a project and program manager role managing of more than 50 employees.Have managed key clients form both Public and Private Sector
