Title:  Consultant, FICO

Responsibilities:

• Perform SAP FICO configuration, testing, and post-implementation support for Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting (AA)
• Analyse and translate business requirements into SAP FICO functional specifications and system solutions
• Support end-to-end SAP FICO processes including month-end and year-end closing activities
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to identify process gaps and recommend system improvements leveraging AI capabilities
• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), defect resolution, and user training activities
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation including configuration guides, test scripts, and user manuals

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• Required skill(s): SAP FICO configuration (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting); basic understanding of AI-assisted finance tools; proficiency in preparing functional specifications and test documentation
• Key quality(s): Analytical thinking, good communication with business stakeholders, detail-oriented, team player, ability to manage multiple tasks under timeline pressure
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Desired experience/exposure: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on SAP FICO implementation or support experience; exposure to at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project is an advantage
